These Terms & Conditions cover use of this website and every purchase from WedX by Ars Productions. WedX is a brand of Ars Productions. We sell home fragrance, currently the Oud Reed Diffuser, to customers in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping policy, and the Refund/Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

The shop

The website offers home fragrance for sale in India, priced in Indian rupees. Product descriptions, the size, and the price shown on the product page are part of the offer. We may decline an order if a price was published in error, if the piece is no longer available, or if we cannot deliver to the address.

Orders and payment

An order is a request until we confirm it. Online payments are taken in INR through our payment gateway by UPI, cards, or netbanking. Pay on delivery, where offered, is collected when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged merely by adding a piece to the bag.

Prices include applicable taxes unless a page says otherwise. If a payment fails or is declined, we are not obliged to hold the piece.

Your details

You agree to give a name, mobile number, and delivery address that we can use to reach you and to deliver the order. How we handle those details is described in the privacy policy.

Use of the website

You may use the website to read about WedX and Ovia, and to buy what is offered. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy the product photographs and text for your own shop.

The brand

WedX, Ovia, and the words and photographs on this website belong to Ars Productions or are used with permission. Buying a diffuser does not transfer any right in the brand.

Liability

A reed diffuser is a home fragrance, not a medical product. Use it as described on the product page, away from children, pets, open flame, and eyes. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to that, the courts of the city where Ars Productions has its registered office have jurisdiction.
