Refund/Cancellation Policy

This Refund/Cancellation Policy explains when WedX by Ars Productions cancels an order or refunds a payment. It applies to the Oud Reed Diffuser and to any later piece sold on this website.

You can cancel before the order is dispatched and receive a full refund. An unopened diffuser can be returned within 7 days of delivery. An opened bottle is not returnable, because fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product, unless it arrived damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered. Write to Wedxstudios@gmail.com with your order reference and we will tell you the next step.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel before the order is dispatched. Write to Wedxstudios@gmail.com with your order reference. If we have not handed the parcel to the courier, we cancel it and refund the full amount paid, including shipping.

After dispatch, the parcel cannot be recalled with certainty. You may refuse it when it arrives. Once it is back with us unused, we refund the product price. Shipping charged on the original order is not refunded when a delivered parcel is refused without a fault in the product.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel if a payment does not clear, if the piece is unavailable, if the price was published in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Returns

Fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product. You may return an unopened diffuser, in its original pack, within 7 days of delivery. Opened bottles, used reeds, and diffusers without the original pack are not returnable, unless the item is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered.

To ask for a return, write within 7 days of delivery. We will share the return address. Refunds for change-of-mind returns are made after we receive and check the unused piece. You bear the cost of sending that return back, unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.

Damage, leaks, and wrong items

If the diffuser arrives broken, leaking, or different from what you ordered, write within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the outer parcel and the product. We will replace it or refund the amount paid for it, including shipping on that order. You do not need to ship a broken bottle back unless we ask for it.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. For pay on delivery, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide. Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank or the payment gateway may take further time to show the credit.
