This Privacy Policy explains how WedX by Ars Productions (“WedX”, “we”) handles personal information when you browse this website, write to us, or buy a reed diffuser. We collect only what we need to take the order, deliver it in India, and answer you. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details you give us: name, email, mobile number, and delivery address.

• A shopping bag saved in your browser, on this device, until you clear it or place the order.

We do not ask for card numbers, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords on this website. Those details, when you pay online, are collected by the payment gateway on its own secure page.

How we use it

• To take, confirm, pack, and deliver your order.
• To send a payment link when you choose to pay online.
• To answer questions, returns, and grievance notes.
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share what is needed with the payment gateway that collects an online payment, the courier that delivers the parcel, and any professional who keeps our accounts. They may use the information only to perform that work.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted or anonymised. A message that does not become an order is kept only as long as we need it to reply and to resolve a follow-up.

What this website stores on your device

The shopping bag is saved in your browser on this device so it is still there if you move from the product page to checkout. That bag is not sent to us until you place an order. Placing an order also keeps a copy of the confirmation in that browser until you close the tab. You can remove the bag yourself, or clear this site’s saved data in your browser.
