WedX by Ars Productions ships physical orders across India.

Where we ship

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes in India. If a courier cannot reach an address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund of what you have paid.

Time

Orders are packed within 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote PIN codes can take longer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

A gift note travels with the parcel. We do not promise delivery on a particular date for an event. If a date matters, write to us before you order.

Charges

Orders of ₹2,000 and above ship free. Below that, a shipping charge of ₹149 is added at checkout. The charge is shown before you place the order.

Tracking

When the parcel is handed to the courier, we send the tracking details to the email or mobile number on the order, where the courier provides them.

The address

Please check the name, mobile number, and PIN code before you place the order. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or no one was available after the courier’s attempts, we can reship it once a fresh shipping charge is paid, or refund the product price after the parcel is back with us. The original shipping charge is not refunded in that case.

Damage in transit

If a diffuser arrives broken or leaking, write to Wedxstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photograph of the parcel and the bottle. We will replace it or refund it, as described in the refunds policy.
